The Scheduling deposit of $275 is non-refundable. 48 Hours notice of cancellation is needed prior to scheduled exam or you will be charged the remaining $200. If you are to reschedule your polygraph, you are allowed 1 re-schedule & you are agreeing to be charged the $100 rescheduling fee.
